I built TheDadLife because I’m a dad too.

I know what it’s like to walk through the door already exhausted while someone needs help with homework, another kid needs a ride somewhere, and there’s still work sitting in your head from the day.

I know what it’s like to lose patience faster than you meant to. To replay conversations afterward. To wonder sometimes if you’re actually doing this well — or just surviving it.

And through my work as a counsellor, I’ve sat with a lot of men carrying the same weight.

Good dads.
Hard-working dads.
Dads who love their kids deeply.

But also dads who are tired. Stressed. Disconnected. Burning themselves out trying to hold everything together while quietly wondering why home still feels harder than they thought it would.

Most men were never really taught how to do this part of life.

DadLife isn’t about becoming a perfect father. It’s about becoming a more intentional one.

Real conversations. Practical tools. Honest reflection. No fluff. No pretending.

Just dads trying to build something better at home.
